Use your smartphone or tablet to manage all banking tasks while running errands or on vacation by downloading the JBT Digital Banking App from the App Store. It is simple and easy. All you have to do is launch the app, and enter your JBT Digital Banking Username and Password. Then you will see the same things you would see if you were on your laptop sitting in your living room.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Digital Banking Suite
How secure is the Digital Banking Suite?
Our Digital Banking Suite is extremely secure. Your account information is password-protected and highly encrypted. During your first login with our new Digital Banking Suite, you will be prompted to register your account for two-factor authentication to protect yourself against fraud.
Will my username and password change with the new JBT Digital Banking Suite upgrade?
Your username and password for online and mobile banking will stay the same. You'll need to log in with this information before you can use features like Touch ID or Face ID. If you don't remember your login credentials, give us a call at 717-274-5180, Option 1.
Will any of the information I have already added into my previous online and mobile account have to be re-entered?
If you used transfers or bill pay, your previous bill payments and payees will automatically copy to the new Digital Banking Suite.
I have the website URL for the previous online banking site saved as a favorite in my browser. Will we be using the same URL for the new JBT Digital Banking website?
The new JBT Digital Banking website will have a new URL. You will have to delete the old JBT Online Banking website you have saved and save the new JBT Digital Banking website in your favorites.
If you previously used MyCardRules or any Alerts on the previous Online Banking/Mobile Banking applications, you will need to set these items up again once you log into the new JBT Digital Banking Suite for the first time in Card Management - Alerts and Protections.
