At JBT, we are proud of our long, successful, and storied history. 

There are very few companies that can claim a run of relevance and independence for over 150 consecutive years. As important as that history is, we remain focused on what we are doing today and where we are headed tomorrow. Every day of our past has added to our platform and helped our Bank move forward to chart its own future. The essence of what JBT has become, has been built, refined, and advanced over time by the people within our organization.
 
JBT bankers have genuine care for our clients and believe in our mission statement: “To improve the financial lives of our clients.” In turn, our clients view JBT as a trusted financial partner. We value those relationships and do not take them for granted.
 
We understand relationships thrive and fail on levels of confidence. Our industry, in particular, is built on trust and confidence. There are many systemic guard rails that seek to provide confidence, such as FDIC insurance, regulations, audits, examinations, physical and information security, and confidentiality standards. In fact, JBT is a part of the best, safest, and most reliable financial system in the world.
 
Confidence also exists on another level, the personal level, that we all participate in each day. With every interaction we have, whether in-person, online, over the phone, or through written communication, our goal is to inspire confidence and deliver a Bank on a Smile experience.
