The Client Resource Center can assist you with the following services:

  • Answer general inquiries (account balance, transaction history, statement inquiries, Bill Pay, etc.).

  • Online and mobile banking inquiries (enrollment, password assistance, Zelle, Remote deposits, etc.).

  • JBT issued Debit Card inquiries (Transaction history, Card Management, travel notifications, etc.).
