The Client Resource Center can assist you with the following services:

  1. Answer general inquiries (account balance, transaction history, statement inquiries, etc.).

  2. Online and mobile banking inquiries (enrollment, password assistance, etc.).

  3. Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. issued Debit Card inquiries (transaction history, MyCardRulesTM enrollment, travel notifications).
