Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry:

   1. Complete Transactions with your JBT Visa® Debit Card: During the Promotion Period, use your JBT Visa Debit Card to complete a card PIN or signature-based purchase (“Transaction”) and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing (see Opt-Out process below if you don't want to be included in the Sweepstakes).

      OPT-OUT PROCESS: If you use your debit card during the Promotion Period, but would like to opt-out of the Sweepstakes, send an email to eservice@jbt.bank with your opt-out request no later than 08/01/25. Please include “Opt-Out Request” in the subject line and the name and email address associated with your account in your email request. You will be opted out of all subsequent prize drawings by sending one email request.

   2. Mail-In Method: To enter without purchase: Send a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth to “Debit To Win It Baseball Sweepstakes” c/o Jonestown Bank & Trust Co., P.O. Box 717, Jonestown, PA 17038-0717. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2025 and received by August 9, 2025 in order to be eligible. Enter as often as you wish; however, each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate postmarked, stamped envelope. Entrants may enter only by using one of the entry methods described in these rules. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete,or inaccurate are void. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: Debit To Win It Baseball Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of July 1, 2025. Commercial card eligibility is subject to employer policies regarding program participation. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees of Jonestown Bank & Trust Co., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on 07/01/2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), ends on 07/31/2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's servers are the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. Prize Drawing: Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entry forms.

5. Prize: ONE (1) PHILLY FAN VIP GETAWAY PACKAGE Includes four (4) tickets to the August 29th Philadelphia Phillies Baseball game, complimentary transportation, snacks and $500 Phillies Gift Card for concessions and souvenirs – Value equals approximately $2,300. Total value approx. $2,300. Prize is non-transferable. Odds depend on the number of entries. Limit one (1) prize per person.

6. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Jonestown Bank & Trust Co., as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

7. Release: By receipt of the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the irrespective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor's control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prize offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA IN THE UNITED STATES, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [state/province] having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winner List: A list of the winner can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
