Using digital bank to bank external transfer is a safe, convenient, and smart way to transfer funds between your JBT accounts and your external financial institution account. 

Simply follow the steps below to set up Digital Bank to Bank External Transfer:

1. Log in to JBT Digital Banking.
2. Go to Transfers.
3. Select +External Account.
4. Confirm your Password.
5. Enter the Nickname for the account at your other financial institution, along with the routing number, the account number, and the account type.
6. Click Submit.
7. Two micro deposits and a debit totaling the two micro deposits will be sent by ACH to the account number you entered in Step 5.
8. Once the micro deposits and debit are received at your other financial institution’s account, log in to your JBT Digital Banking External Accounts and enter the micro deposits into the validation fields.
9. Now you can make transfers between your JBT accounts and your external financial institution account.
