JBT BRANCH LOBBY ACCESS

In order to enter one of JBT's lobbies, an appointment must be set. This will help to ensure our employees' and clients' safety so we can limit the number of people in the lobby. Appointments are limited to in-depth transactions such as opening accounts, closing loans, visiting Safe Deposit Boxes/Express Storage Boxes or coin counter usage.

  • To set up an appointment in one of our lobbies, please click the “Schedule Appointment” button at the top of our Home page or see the Locations page to get branch lobby locations and hours.

  • Keep in mind that all drive-up lanes will remain open to handle check cashing, deposits and withdrawals.

  • We have online options so you can handle your banking from anywhere.

What to Expect When You Arrive

  • All visitors and community bankers must wear a mask while inside the branch.

  • You will be warmly greeted in the vestibule by a community banker who will verify your identity and review the new transaction guidelines. Please be prepared to show your ID.

  • Routine transactions such as check cashing and deposits will be processed at the drive-up lanes.

  • Please maintain social distancing once you enter the lobby.

  • A sanitizer station will be located at the entrance to use upon entry and exit.

Ensuring Your Safety

To protect the safety of our clients and community bankers, we will be implementing additional safety measures to our lobby experience. Some of the temporary changes to our lobby experience will be:

  • Limiting the number of clients inside our branches at one time.

  • Requiring masks to be worn upon entering the building.

  • Installing plastic shields at our banker stations.

  • Adding a sanitizer station at the entrance of our lobby.

As our lobbies begin to reopen, we do ask that you continue to use our drive-up and online/mobile services for routine transactions. For more complex needs, we welcome you to call to make an appointment to visit us in the lobby.

Bank Anytime, Anywhere

Please consider the many different ways to manage your money that would eliminate or reduce the need to visit one of our branch lobbies:

We encourage you to be aware of the heightened number of scams that could occur during this situation. Remember JBT will never call and ask you to provide your password, PIN or online banking credentials. Always check email addresses to confirm their legitimacy. If you are not sure, call our Client Resource Center at 717-274-5180 (Option 1) to confirm the communication came from JBT.
