COVID-19 Updates From JBT

04/13/30 Update:
Economic Impact Payments

In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, the federal government passed an economic relief plan. The plan includes payments that will be distributed to eligible individuals. Your payment will be sent to you either through direct deposit, or as a physical check.

If you receive your tax refund in the form of direct deposit, you will be receiving your payment from the government the same way. This means that your payment will be deposited directly into the same account reflected on your most recent tax return (filed since January 2018). If you do not use direct deposit and receive your economic impact payment as a physical check, be sure to use our mobile app to deposit your check. Click here to find the Mobile Deposit instructions and learn how to remotely deposit checks anytime, anywhere. Conveniently check for the direct deposit of your economic relief money anytime by using our mobile app.

The federal government will be updating their website as more information becomes available. Make sure you check their site regularly at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments for more details.
