The Community Banker I will perform client transactions and service requests while exemplifying JBT’s SMILE Standards. This individual will know and comply with laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures. The Community Banker I will be the back up to both the Branch Team Leader and the Community Banker II. This position will have a wide range of duties including but not limited to consistently deliver high quality JBT service and have expert level product knowledge and grow customer relationships through proactive conversations. Responsibilities are to accurately, efficiently and promptly perform customer transactions, open new accounts, do maintenance on existing accounts, balance and maintain an orderly cash drawer, and perform all other duties as assigned.
