The Training Mentor will be responsible for the delivery of new hire training and mentoring for JBT. Included in this responsibility is the development of classes and programs and the measurement of the success of the training. This individual will be responsible for improving the employee on-boarding process and employee retention/growth. They will also play a role rollout of new products, systems, and procedures through partnership with the bank trainer and systems trainer, compliance, IT, and the JBT operations areas. This individual will work with the Bank Trainer in the development and delivery of training.
