The Training Mentor will be responsible for the delivery of new hire training and mentoring for JBT. Included in this responsibility is the development of classes and programs and the measurement of the success of the training.  This individual will be responsible for improving the employee on-boarding process and employee retention/growth.  They will also play a role rollout of new products, systems, and procedures through partnership with the bank trainer and systems trainer, compliance, IT, and the JBT operations areas.  This individual will work with the Bank Trainer in the development and delivery of training.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of training program creation, deliver/facilitation and post-training assessment experience
  • Experience in sales/relationship building training or mentoring
  • Demonstrated record of performance in developing/strengthening client relationships, including generation of quality other line of business referrals
  • Ability to successfully meet JBT expectations in delivering Smile Standards and Future Bank Non-Negotiables
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry core banking system preferred
  • Exposure to bank core systems including Jack Henry CIF20/20, Jack Henry Vertex, and Jack Henry Xperience preferred
  • Technology skills including those related to the development and delivery of effective training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures
