The Systems Trainer & Branch Support Specialist is responsible for the delivery of operating systems training and branch support for JBT. Included in this responsibility is the development of classes and programs, the measurement of the success of systems training programs, and the creation and maintenance of all systems user guides and help tools. Additionally, this individual serves as the primary touch-point for all branch support requests. They also play an integral role in the rollout of new products, new upgraded systems, and procedures through partnership with Compliance, IT and JBT Operations areas. This individual works with the Bank Trainer in the development and delivery of systems training.
